What do I do if my item is defective?

We take pride in producing items of the highest quality, and so would like to hear from you as soon as possible if you believe there to be a fault or defect with one of our products. Please contact our customer care team on 0330 055 2996 and do not return any goods without contacting us first.

Please note that we are not able to accept responsibility for wear and tear, accidental damage and neglect or misuse.


I measured incorrectly and my item does not fit, can you resize them?

Please contact our customer care team on 0330 055 2996 and we can see if there is anything we can do. Please note, however, that there may be limited options with made to order items.


Will my fabric fade?

All fabric and upholstery can fade over time, but there are measures that you can take to protect your item for longer. Keeping your products clean and free of dust is always advised and be sure to avoid spillages or staining. If you have any questions on how best to care for your fabric or product, please contact us.


I have not ordered enough fabric, paint, trimmings, wallpaper; can you match the batch?

If you haven’t ordered enough fabric, paint or wallpaper, please get in touch and we will look to provide you with more product so that you can finish your interior project. Due to the nature of production, there can be variations between batches, and it isn’t always possible to supply you with additional materials from the same batch. If we aren’t able to source product from the same batch, we will offer you the closest match. Please contact us and we’ll look into this for you.


How do I look after/protect my product?
