Fabric FAQs

Our guides to measuring for curtains and measuring for blinds can help you to work our how much fabric you will need for curtain and blind projects.

If you need further help with this, or would like advice on fabric requirements for any other interior project, please contact us.

Most of the fabrics within our range are suitable for upholstery, however some are only suitable for use as drapery. Please look within the product details section of the individual fabric to view its usability and individual performance.

Fabric used for upholstery needs to meet the appropriate fire regulations and will need to be used with a fire-retardant barrier cloth or a flame-retardant treatment. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) regulations.

If you have any questions about this, or would like further advice, please contact us

We are able to treat your fabric with a flame retardant, with this service available for an extra charge. Please note this service may take up to 14 days.

Our fabrics are not fire resistant as standard but they can be treated for an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
